Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 weeks depending on availability. Immediate-ship items that are not personalized ship within 1–2 days.
Please note: if you are purchasing a pre-order item, these time frames will not apply — details will be described in the item listing.
Returns & Exchanges
Most of our gifts are made to order. We do not accept returns on any made-to-order or monogrammed goods.
Any changes to your order must be submitted via email. Please ensure that we have confirmed the change before assuming it has been made.
All claims must be made within one week of receiving your item. Claims past this point cannot be honored.
Our Mistakes
If a mistake is made on our end, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible at no expense to you. We will request a photo of the mistake and confirm the resolution with you. If the information was entered incorrectly due to the buyer's mistake, we are not responsible for the cost of a replacement.
Damaged in Shipment
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Cancellations
We do not cancel orders. Orders are promptly printed and processed to keep up with a speedy turnaround. No cancellations can be made after an order has been processed.
